While you wait, go ahead and create your User ID so you&#8217;re ready to get started when the application launches.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-button  root-eb-button-wauh5\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-button-wauh5 \"><div class=\"eb-button-wrapper eb-button-alignment eb-button-wauh5\"><div class=\"eb-button\"><div class=\"eb-button-inner-wrapper \"><a class=\"eb-button-anchor \" href=\"https:\/\/web.dhewd.mo.gov\/studentportal\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Fast Track Application &#8211; State Financial Aid Portal<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Is The Fast Track Program?<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"167\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/finaid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/05\/8C0A8179-250x167.jpg\" alt=\"Nursing students in nursing lab\" class=\"wp-image-1937\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/finaid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/05\/8C0A8179-250x167.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/finaid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/05\/8C0A8179-700x467.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/finaid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/05\/8C0A8179-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/finaid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/05\/8C0A8179-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/finaid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/05\/8C0A8179-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/finaid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/05\/8C0A8179-120x80.jpg 120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The Fast Track Workforce Incentive Grant is a program designed to provide adults with the education and skills needed to enter the workforce in fields that are in high demand.&nbsp;&nbsp;Changes to the program made during the 2022 legislative session increase the number of eligible training providers and expand the program to include apprenticeships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than 635 program areas have been designated as eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Is Eligible?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Individuals who are 25 or older or individuals who have not been enrolled in any school within the last two years can participate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The program will serve students who have not yet earned a bachelor\u2019s degree and are planning to enroll part-time or full-time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individuals who make no more than $40,000 per year, filing single, or not more than $80,000 filing jointly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students enrolled in an eligible program at least half time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Do I Apply?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The application and program list for the grant are available through the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.dhewd.mo.gov\/studentportal\/\">State Student Financial Aid Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u00a0<strong>must<\/strong>\u00a0complete the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\">FAFSA<\/a>\u00a0each year you are enrolled (or are planning to enroll) in college. Individuals interested in receiving Fast Track for the 2026-2027 academic year will need to complete the 26\/27 FAFSA, using tax information from 2024.\u00a0 T<strong>he Fast Track Application will however require your current 2025 Missouri 1040 Tax Return uploaded.<\/strong> This application is for the terms of 26 Summer, 26 Fall and 27 Spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Much Is The Grant Amount?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Fast Track program is designed to ensure\u2014when combined with other governmental financial aid\u2014that tuition and fee costs are fully covered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awards will be for any remaining tuition and fee costs not covered by other state and federal student aid programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For individuals for which other aid covers the full tuition and fee costs, students are eligible for an award of up to $500 to cover other education-related expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Are The Grant Requirements?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This grant may be renewed by meeting all of the initial requirements and by making satisfactory progress, which includes maintaining at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your eligibility expires when the earliest of the following occurs:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receipt of the grant for four semesters or the equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For an eligible student, four semesters means<ul><li>Sixty (60) semester credit hours<\/li><\/ul>Ninety (90) quarter credit hours\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One thousand eight hundred (1,800) clock hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For an eligible apprentice, you have up to forty-eight (48) months of eligibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receipt of a bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reaching 200 percent of the academic time typically required to complete the program of study.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn more about the grant requirements, renewal requirements at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dhewd.mo.gov\/initiatives\/fast-track-workforce-incentive-grant\">Missouri Department of Higher Education &amp; Workforce Development<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dhewd.mo.gov\/initiatives\/fast-track-workforce-incentive-grant\/eligible-institutions\">Eligible Programs<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accounting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Associate of Arts in Teaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automotive Technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building Construction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified Medication Technician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified Nursing Assistant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Child Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer Information Systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Culinary Arts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early Childhood Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early Childhood Education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency Medical Technician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health Information Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning &amp; Refrigeration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industrial Engineering Technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Law Enforcement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership Apprenticeship Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical Assistant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical Laboratory Technician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nursing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occupational Therapy Assistant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paramedic Technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precision Machining Technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Radiologic Technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surgical Technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Do I Ask For Help?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are here to help you!
