ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality of student records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Students have the right to inspect and review their educational records within 45 days from the day ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø receives a written request for access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Students have the right to request an amendment to their record when the student believes the record is inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise a violation of privacy rights under FERPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Students have the right to limit disclosure of personally identifiable information from the student’s educational records, except to the extent that FERPA authorized disclosure without consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Directory Information<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Items defined by ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø as Directory Information may be released without a student’s written consent as FERPA permits. ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø defines directory information as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nDegrees, Certificates, Recognitions, and Awards received
\nIndividual and Group Photographs<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every student must be given the opportunity to have directory information suppressed from public release.
