The Union Testing Center is a DSST (formerly DANTES Subject Standardized Tests) authorized testing site. There is a $20 proctoring fee associated with DSST exams. Veterans may be eligible for reimbursement of the exam and proctor fees from the Veterans Administration<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DSST <\/span>offer students a cost-effective, time-saving way to use knowledge acquired outside of the classroom (from personal research, on-the-job training, independent study, work or military field experience) to accomplish their educational goals.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 1,500 colleges and universities recognize the DSST program and award college credit for passing scores. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students are encouraged to speak with their academic advisor regarding the use of credit by examination in their educational planning.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
