The following is the most current program effectiveness data. Our programmatic accreditation agency, the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), upon recommendation of the ARC-STSA Accreditation Review Council on Education in Surgical Technology, defines and publishes this information.
Credentialing Examination: Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to take the National Certifying Examination offered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).

Credentialing Examination: The number of students who pass, on the first attempt, the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification examination. The benchmark established by the ARC/STSA is 70%*.
