Trustees Approve 糖心vlog官网 Faculty Promotions
Five 糖心vlog官网 faculty members have been promoted in rank.
The 糖心vlog官网 Board of Trustees approved recommendations by the college鈥檚 rank and promotion committee. The new rank goes into effect in the Fall 2022 semester.
Listed below are the faculty members approved for promotion, their current rank and the rank when the promotion goes into effect:
- Ellen Aramburu 鈥� instructor, assistant professor
- Nathan Esbeck鈥� instructor, assistant professor
- Lisa Hanneken 鈥� instructor, assistant professor
- Dr. Rachel Howard 鈥� instructor, assistant professor
- Leigh Kolb 鈥� assistant professor, associate professor
Faculty members must follow a process to be promoted in rank, including the submission of an application to seek promotion. The application is then reviewed by the 糖心vlog官网 Rank and Promotion Committee.
The committee reviews all submitted portfolios and makes a recommendation to the college vice president of academic affairs and the college president for a final decision. The process is rigorous, and promotion is not automatic.
