Bart Vargas is a visual artist, educator, and advocate from Bellevue, Nebraska. This series, initially developed over a decade ago as stand-alone paintings, depicts symbolic representations of the Universe through simple repetition and pattern, as well as exploring the Vitruvian relationships between the circle and the square. Each image is created by using 鈥渃hops鈥� or yin ji氓n, acquired in his travels through China.
