Access Application

Complete the application for Access Services using our . You must have/use your 糖心vlog官网 student email in order to access the portal and complete the application.

  • From the portal home page choose the Accommodations tab across the top blue ribbon.
  • The Accommodations tab will provide a drop down menu, choose Application
  • Complete your application and upload any documentation you have to support your request.
  • Please call 636-584-6577 or email wellness@eastcentral.edu if you encounter any issues.

If you are not yet enrolled, please use the Schedule Online button (under Schedule an Appointment below) to schedule an introductory appointment.
